Antibacterial hygienic doors used in operating rooms and intensive care units in
hospitals. One of the most important features of hermetic doors used in areas requiring
hygienic space and effective isolation is to ensure the protection of conditions
in specially air-conditioned rooms, such as operating rooms.

**Very quiet** All versions operate very quietly thanks to anti-vibration seals,
making them suitable for use in environments requiring comfort and silence.

**Maximum Hygiene:** The rounded aluminum body and frame with invisible screws prevent
dust accumulation and facilitate cleaning. Automatic doors must meet hygiene and
safety requirements for both patients and doctors without the need for manual contact.

**Maximum Safety:** "Invisible" sensors can be integrated into the automation system
to detect objects and people in the wing line. They also prevent accidental wing
contact with people or objects, ensuring complete safety not only in the crossing
line but also during wing movement. These sensors are especially important in stretcher
and wheelchair aisles, which cannot be detected by conventional photocells.

**Maximum capacity** The needs of the radiological sector, where heavy door leaves
protected by lead inserts against X-rays are used, are fully satisfied by the Leaded
Wing version.

**Surface Variety:** Schmelz Hermetic automatic doorways are available in all RAL
colors, with anodized finishes and HPL laminate coatings in the Abet/Print color
range. Schmelz Hermetic is also available with AISI 304 stainless steel frames.

 – A high-torque motor is available
for millions of openings. – An automatic reverse motor start function is available
to prevent the doors from jamming. – The microprocessor adjusts the door leaf weight
using a power and acceleration meter. – A safety photocell is standard on each door.–
Parameter settings are easily adjusted using the digital indicator and buttons on
the microprocessor. – A digital indicator on the digital control panel, connected
to the microprocessor, displays fault codes and simplifies maintenance. – The mechanism
height is 280 mm and the depth is 180 mm.
