The MAXITECH PLUS inspection hatch is designed for installation in both ceiling 
and wall structures made of any material, providing quick, unimpeded access to utility
lines.

**Material:** special aluminum profile.

**Cover filling:** moisture-resistant gypsum board (Knauf).

**Assembly method:** stamped elements.

**Fixation**: with latches (Hafele).

**Other:** rubber seal around the perimeter of the hatch frame.

**Standard sizes:** 200*200, 200*300, 300*300, 300*400, 400*400, 400*500, 400*600,
500*500, 600*600, 1200*600 (non-standard sizes can be made at the customer’s request)

The Maxitech Plus concealed paintable hatch is a versatile model that can be installed
in single-layer or double-layer plasterboard, as well as in partitions made of brick,
concrete, foam blocks, etc.

**Distinctive features:**

 * Maxitech Plus will not disturb the interior, as it is completely hidden;
 * The Maxitech Plus paintable hatch is assembled using galvanized steel “crackers”(
   even the hatch frame), there is no welding at all, thanks to which the hatch 
   does not “lead”, all angles are precisely maintained, therefore the rigidity 
   of the structure is increased;
 * reliable and high-quality locks (made in Germany);
 * a special rubber seal makes the Maxitech Plus hatch moisture-, dust- and sound-
   proof;
 * The Maxitech Plus hidden hatch is made from a special aluminum profile, which
   has stiffening ribs (both the hatch cover and the hatch frame);
 * Quick and easy installation that does not require any special skills;
 * The counter parts of the locks are made of steel, which increases the reliability
   and durability of the structure over a long period;
 * Opening and closing is accomplished by lightly pressing on the hatch cover.
