PROFILE KRAFT HD T-15, T-24
KRAFT HD – for heavy loads. KRAFT HD suspended ceiling profiles offer the highest load-bearing capacity (up to 12 kg/sq.m) of all KRAFT profile models. This model, like KRAFT FORTIS, is available in two versions, each with a different visible width: the thin T-15 (15 mm wide) and the classic T-24 (24 mm). The thin profile is suitable for designer solutions and for installing KRAFT GLK-15 grille ceilings.

The supporting structure made of T-profile includes the following main elements: 1. Main T-profile, 3600 mm long. 2. Transverse T-profile, 1200 mm long. 3. Longitudinal T-profile, 600 mm long. 4. Wall L- or W-profile (depending on the slab type), 3000 mm long. 5. Spring “butterfly” hanger for attaching the structure to the main ceiling.

The special design of the HD profile locks allows for dismantling the system without damaging the locks – the system can be re-installed
The unification of locks and fastening holes in all lines of KRAFT T-profiles (Nova, Fortis, RH100, Kraft-MED) makes it possible to combine profiles from different product lines.
HD profiles are fully compatible with the KRAFT LED lighting system, which, unlike classic lamps, does not require additional suspensions.
MATERIAL, STRENGTH, SAFETY
The hidden part of the profile is made of high-quality galvanized steel with a thickness of 0.27 mm.
The visible part of the profile is made of 0.25 mm thick steel with a polymer coating
Additional stiffening ribs are stamped along the entire length of the profile, which increase the strength of the profile.
The HD profile construction can withstand a weight of up to 20 kg/sq.m at its weakest point, allowing it to be used with the heaviest panels (e.g., mirrored ones). The profile complies with European standards EN 13964:2004+A1:2006. The KRAFT system has passed load-bearing tests in Ukraine and the European Union, as confirmed by the relevant protocols.
The moisture resistance of the HD profile is RH 100%.
The main 3600 mm long profile is equipped with a fire compensator. This is a special stamping in the profile that compensates for the thermal expansion of the metal during a fire and prevents the ceiling from collapsing. HD profiles have a fire safety rating of A1 (non-combustible).
