Description
The suspension system typically consists of Connect Main and Cross Tracks, whose cores are rolled from galvanized steel and then capped with galvanized steel. Each component of the suspension system has been repeatedly tested for load-bearing capacity, thus satisfying the most stringent requirements.
Connect Main Runner
The robust Connect Main Track offers high torsional strength, stability, and secure installation, as well as excellent load-bearing capacity. The narrow, V-shaped tongue allows for quick and easy panel installation with minimal risk of damage. This design enhances efficiency and safety when installing clips, hangers, etc.
Connect Cross Tee
Connect cross tees feature a locking connection for quick and easy installation. A clicking sound is heard when properly connected to the main guide. This ensures secure installation and easy removal. For quick locking, the connector features a long support lip, ensuring a strong, secure, and twist-free connection.
Colors and sizes
Connect™ ceiling systems are available in a range of colours and two profile widths: 15mm and 24mm, known as T15 and T24.
Suspension system in wet environments
Connect™ offers two types of suspension systems for areas with high humidity levels.

C3: The Connect T24 C3 suspension system is made of galvanized steel with a high level of corrosion protection. Connect™ accessories and profiles have a C3 anti-corrosion coating.

C4: The Connect T24 C4 suspension system is made of specially treated galvanized steel with a high degree of corrosion protection. The finish is ultra-matte white. Connect™ accessories and profiles are also available for the C4 suspension system.
Connect™ profiles are an addition to the suspension system that helps achieve the desired result during installation.
Profiles for Ecophon ceiling panels
Wall corner
To finish the installation neatly, you can use any of the most popular corners:
- Connect Angle trim – classic L-shaped wall corner;
- Connect Shadow line trim, which creates a shadow effect on the wall, or
- Connect Channel trim – wall-mounted U-shaped corner.
Connect Space Bar
For more complex systems, such as the Focus Ds, a hidden Connect Space bar profile is used to ensure smooth panel connections. This profile is installed on the Connect T24 HD Main Rail and secured to the Connect Space bar winch.h.
Profiles for Ecophon Akusto™ Wall panels
The range of various profiles also includes Akusto Wall profiles for wall panels, allowing for greater creativity when installing panels. These profiles allow you to divide panels into smaller sections to create various patterns, and they can be mounted from floor to ceiling to create a continuous wall, vertically, horizontally, or as individual installations. You can even use them as a bookcase.
Connect Thinline Profile
The Connect Thinline profile is our most elegant galvanized steel solution. It features slots for quick and easy wall mounting. This solution can be used with edge radii (≥ 2 mm) and complies with the mandatory requirements of the German Safety Regulations (Unfallverhütungsvorschriften). This makes it suitable for use in kindergartens and schools. The Connect Thinline/Corner profile is available in four standard colors.
Shadow Connect profile
The Connect shadow profile allows you to create a shadow effect when installing panels. This elegant solution uses a light effect to create different color zones and patterns horizontally and vertically. The profile is made of galvanized steel with perforated mounting holes for quick and easy installation. The Connect shadow profile and its corners are available in one standard color.
Connect Channel trim profile
The Connect Channel trim profile is a simple and functional solution for Akusto Wall A wall panels with an A-edge. It installs on the Connect T24 Main Track, and the recessed Connect Recessed Profile allows for the installation of items such as shelves within the wall panel system. The Connect Channel trim profile is available in three standard colors. A special corner piece is included for easy installation.
Connect WP Profile
The Connect WP profile is a reliable profile solution that creates a clearly defined frame around the wall panel. The system includes external corners, allowing for customization of the installation's contours. The Connect WP profile is available in three standard colors.

Clips
A wide range of clips can be used in a variety of applications, including areas where high pressure cleaning is required, such as kitchens or food production areas.
Connectors and splines
Connect connectors are used to connect profile corners. They are used for both wall panels and free-hanging elements. Connect splines are used to align panels during installation when cross guides are not used, such as for products with an F-edge.
Fixing devices
It’s important to select the correct fixing device. It can withstand the load, is suitable for the specific system, and meets corrosion resistance requirements. You can use either a set of screws for suspended ceilings, or, alternatively, we suggest Connect Absorber Glue.
Hangers and brackets
We offer a wide range of suspension systems: adjustable cable suspension systems of various designs, cable suspension systems for free-hanging elements, straight mounting brackets, etc. When choosing a suspension system, it is always necessary to take into account the additional load (including the safety factor).
Additional accessories
This includes additional products such as edge processing tools, inspection hatches, sealing tapes, ventilation grilles, edge sealants, etc.
Connect™ Bridging
The Connect Bridging system is a simple solution for integrating lighting fixtures, fire extinguishing system detectors, projectors, etc. Using this solution will eliminate the risk of panel deformation.
The design includes a Connect Bridging profile and a Connect Bridging support clip (pictured). The weight of the element being installed must be fully transferred to the suspension system. The profiles and clips are easily mounted to any Connect T-profile; this support system can support weights of up to 30 N (3 kg). The Connect Bridging support system is adjustable to accommodate luminaires of various sizes. The profiles are made of galvanized steel, and the clips are made of stainless steel.
