Isotop SD all-metal spring-type vibration isolators consist of two support plates with threaded holes and a spring located between them. The spring height is adjusted using a stud and M10 nuts. The Isotop SD series includes eight models with stiffnesses ranging from 7.93 N/mm to 187 N/mm, withstanding nominal loads from 120 N to 5200 N.
The anti-corrosion coating can be applied by galvanizing (electrolytic bath) or electrodeposition (cataphoretic coating).
Scope of application
Isotop SD springs can be used for vibration isolation of ventilation, pump, and compressor equipment, as well as for vibration-sensitive equipment such as scales, high-precision machine tools, and electronics. To select a specific vibration isolator model, it is necessary to calculate the static and dynamic loads from the equipment, taking into account their distribution on the supports.
