Shumanet-Thermo ECO is a highly effective sound-absorbing mat made from non-flammable acoustic filler Shumanet ECO within a special non-woven membrane. It is used as a middle layer in framed sound-absorbing wall and ceiling structures, as well as suspended ceilings.
An environmentally friendly heat and sound insulation mat used for additional sound absorption and soundproofing of walls and ceilings during the construction and renovation of various types of spaces. It consists of a non-flammable acoustic filler, Shumanet ECO, within a special membrane.
The Shumanet-Thermo ECO material is manufactured in accordance with TU 3.99.19-014-28789041-2020.

The Shumanet-Thermo ECO material consists of an elastic fibrous sound-absorbing layer of non-flammable staple glass fiber on a white acrylic binder, enclosed in a shell of specialized non-woven fabric, which allows for the complete elimination of the emission of filler particles.
Scope of application
Reducing the resonance effect when installing suspended ceilings
Using Shumanet Thermo ECO in suspended ceiling structures reduces the resonance effect that occurs in the inter-ceiling space between the sub-ceiling and the suspended ceiling, reduces ringing and booming sounds, and improves the acoustic comfort of the room.
Soundproof frame structures
Shumanet-Thermo ECO mat can be used as an additional component in soundproofing and sound-absorbing wall and ceiling structures. It is installed in the space formed by the surfaces of load-bearing structures, frame elements, and cladding.
Additional sound absorption when installing walls and ceilings with various types of finishing
Shumanet-Thermo ECO is recommended as the primary sound-absorbing layer for walls and ceilings with various types of finishes in spaces with limited panel thickness. When installed without a base, sound absorption is 60%.
Additional thermal insulation
Shumanet-Thermo ECO can be used as an additional insulation layer in private home construction, such as walls and ceilings finished with clapboard and siding. It offers excellent thermal insulation properties, with a thermal conductivity of no more than 0.034 W/(m*K).

Shumanet-Thermo ECO mats are attached to the sub-ceiling. On brick and concrete surfaces, Shumanet-Thermo Eco is secured with dowels or Ultrakustik adhesive. On wooden and gypsum block surfaces, Shumanet-Thermo Eco is secured with Rondol insulation washers and screws.
1. Using dowels and screws, secure the sheet at 600 mm intervals along its length. There must be at least three fastening points across the sheet in each row.
2. Shumanet-Thermo ECO material can be secured to the surface using specialized Ultrakustic adhesive. Apply the adhesive to the surface according to the instructions using a brush, roller, or sprayer.
