HPL Biocidal (Medical) for finishing walls of clean rooms

Description

HPL (High Pressure Laminate) is a sheet material consisting of layers of cellulose (kraft paper) impregnated with synthetic thermosetting binders and a special layer of decorative paper, bonded together under high pressure and temperature. When exposed to both heat and pressure, the binder resins in the paper begin to flow and, after a certain period of time, harden, forming a homogeneous, monolithic material.

The production technology allows for the creation of materials with a variety of surface finishes, including glossy, matte, and textured. The plastic can be decorated on one or both sides. The material is available in a wide range of colors (over 160 patterns), including solid colors, woodgrain, metallic, stone, and fantasy patterns.

Digital printing of any image—photographs, paintings, collages, etc.—is also possible on plastic. Now, customers have the opportunity to create their own personalized decoration for the material.

Length (mm): 3050 Width (mm): 1320, 1570 Thickness (mm): 0.6, 0.8, 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 25

Biocidal HPL is a decorative flame-retardant plastic whose surface has special biocidal properties that prevent the spread of mold and fungi.

Biocidal HPL is used in the construction industry as a finishing material in high-traffic areas: residential, industrial, public spaces, food service areas, escalator balustrades, restrooms (finishing of rooms and production of sanitary partitions).

In railcar manufacturing, Biocidal HPL is used to produce interior partitions, wall panels, tables, and to decorate dining cars, compartments, kitchens, and restrooms.

Biocidal HPL complies with the requirements of SP 2.5.1198-03 “Sanitary rules for the organization of passenger transportation by rail”, unified sanitary-epidemiological and hygienic requirements for goods subject to sanitary-epidemiological supervision (control).

Based on the results of comprehensive studies, it was established that the biocidal properties of flame-retardant laminated paper facing plastics ensure the epidemiological safety of passenger car interiors and improve the physical, mechanical, and operational characteristics of the plastic.

Biocidal HPL is also used for finishing the interiors of ships and land transport.

Advantages of Biocidal HPL

Mechanical strength

The vandal-proof material is impact-resistant and highly resistant to scratches, chips, and other damage.

Chemical resistance

The attractive appearance is maintained for decades even when exposed to chemicals.

Moisture resistance

HPL is not afraid of prolonged precipitation and constant proximity to water, and does not deform even when boiling.

UV resistance

The bright color does not change over time due to sunlight.

Protection against temperature changes

Frosts and other aggressive environmental factors will not cause any harm.

Fire resistance

Flame retardant plastic is heat-resistant and does not break down during combustion.

Eco-friendliness

Complies with hygiene standards, suitable for use in medical and educational institutions.

Easy cleaning of dirt

Maintenance of non-porous surfaces is carried out without specialized products.

Convenient installation

Despite the ease of installation, a secure and aesthetically pleasing fit is ensured. Replacing individual components is a breeze.

Wide selection of decors

Over 250 colors are presented – solid colors, wood, stone, metallic, fantasy – for any design.

Variability

A variety of finishes are available, including glossy, matte, and textured. Sheets are decorated on one or both sides.

Variety of sizes

Thickness varies from 0.6 to 25 mm. The length is 3050 mm, and the width is 1320 mm and 1570 mm.
