Isover Shumka is a highly elastic mineral wool soundproofing material. It effectively protects against noise when used in partitions and other structures: loud conversations in the next room are inaudible. It has an airborne sound insulation index of 63 dB*.
* the structure consists of Seg-Goben frame-and-sheathing partitions with double-sided cladding made of 12.5 mm thick Giprok gypsum boards in two layers on a double Giprok Ultra/Giprok Standard frame 100 mm wide.
