VIBROFLEX suspension type 1
VIBROFLEX type 1 vibration-isolating hangers are used during the installation of power units and communications of various engineering equipment to reduce the transmission of vibrations to the building’s enclosing structures.
VIBROFLEX Type 1 hangers are mounted directly to the floor slab for suspended mounting of various utility equipment. A special vibration-isolating material, Sylodyn, is used as the elastic element of the hanger. Each hanger type is designed for a specific load capacity. M8 threaded studs are used to suspend equipment.
Application area: Hangers are used for vibration isolation of pipelines and power units of various engineering equipment (ventilation systems, water supply, heating and air conditioning, sewerage).
Depending on the load size, 5 types of hangers are produced:

VIBROFLEX type 1 hangers are mounted directly to the ceiling through two holes using metal anchor nails with a diameter of 6 mm, and the equipment is suspended from them using a stud with an M8 thread.
