Isotop DSD BL vibration isolator blocks are constructed from 2, 4, 6, or 9 Isotop DSD spring vibration isolators sandwiched between two mounting plates. The number of spring elements is selected based on the load carried by the block, from the DSD1–DSD8 models. All components are corrosion-resistant, making the unit suitable for outdoor use.
One of the characteristic elements of Isotop DSD BL is the damping inserts made of Sylomer material, the properties of which are selected in accordance with the characteristics of spring vibration isolators.
Scope of application
The Isotop DSD BL resonant frequency ranges from 4 to 6 Hz. It is used for vibration isolation of large vibration sources, as well as for protecting various high-precision instruments and machines when mounted on a vibration-active base. The unit’s rated load can reach 54,000 N.
