Gyproc® Ceiling Profile GYPROC-ULTRA PP 60/27 – 2800 mm
Description
The Gyproc-Ultra (Gyproc Ultra) PP 60/27 – 2800 mm ceiling profile is designed for assembling the frame of suspended ceilings, cladding and other structures using Giprok gypsum boards.
Advantages
- The base is made of high-quality cold-rolled galvanized steel, processed by cold rolling using the patented UltraSteel technology, as a result of which the profile takes on a corrugated shape.
- The Ultra profile has a 30% larger threaded connection area between the self-tapping screw and the metal, which provides improved retention characteristics without breaking off compared to a standard smooth profile.
- Thanks to the corrugated shape, you can easily screw in and out the screw at any angle and at any point on the profile without slipping.
- Convenient and quick installation is ensured by the ability of the Ultra rack profile to be held in the guide using the tongue and groove principle; the distance between the profiles can be easily adjusted.
- The ability to set any number of rack profiles to the design position (in accordance with the installation diagram) in one go, unlike smooth profiles, where it is limited to 2-3 sheets of gypsum boards due to errors associated with the accuracy of measuring instruments.
- The Gyproc-Ultra ceiling profile is certified for use in Gyproc systems for ceilings and cladding.
Description
The Gyproc-Ultra PP 60/27 – 2800 mm profile is used for installing suspended ceiling frames and cladding, as well as other structures using Giproc gypsum boards.
It is typically used in conjunction with a ceiling guide profile (CGP). The CGP is inserted into the CGP without screws. The CGP is secured to the supporting base using special hangers—either a direct hanger or an anchor hanger with a clamp.
