Gyproc® GIPROK ACOUSTIC TAPE
Description
Giprok Acoustic Tape is a porous sealing tape made of foamed polyethylene with a water-based acrylic adhesive layer. It offers high vibration damping properties and optimal adhesive properties. Its blue color makes it easy to identify in structures.

Description
Before starting work, keep the Giprok AkustikLenta sealing tape for at least 3 hours under the recommended installation conditions (temperature from +10 to +30°C, humidity no more than 90%), if the storage conditions differed from the recommended ones.
Place the profile to which you plan to glue Giprok AkustikLenta on a flat horizontal surface.
Clean the contact surface of the profile from possible contaminants (dirt, dust, oil stains) by wiping it with a dry cloth or glove.
Remove the Gypsum Acoustic Tape from the roll, unrolling it from the profile without tension.
Press the Giprok Acoustic Tape to the profile.
If the thickness of one layer of tape is not enough to compensate for unevenness, glue the Giprok AkustikLenta in several layers.
In the same way, glue Giprok AkustikLenta to the support pads of the hangers (for ceilings and cladding).
