ULTRA-THIN ACOUSTIC
Akustik ULTRA-THIN is the thinnest acoustic solution made from stone wool – just 27 mm thick. These sound-absorbing slabs are used as additional soundproofing for walls and ceilings against airborne noise. This completely eco-friendly material can be used in children's rooms and medical facilities. Peace and comfort are now easily attainable! ROCKWOOL Akustik ULTRA-THIN stone wool slabs are a sound-absorbing material for additional soundproofing of existing walls and ceilings. They are convenient for use in structures built in limited space, as they are only 27 mm thick.
Due to the optimal ratio of density and high sound-absorbing properties with a small material thickness, the efficiency of the structure is comparable to a traditional structure with a sound-absorbing filling almost twice as thick – 50 mm.
Ultra-thin slabs made of non-combustible stone wool provide not only protection from outside noise, but also fire safety.
It is permanent because the material does not shrink during the entire period of use.
