They have a resonant frequency of 3.4 Hz, depending on the load. Their low mounting height makes them ideal for applications where space for mounting vibration isolators is limited. They consist of two steel plates and spring elements (SD 1 – SD 8).
The Vibroflex-Spring SD-BL is a modular unit consisting of two steel plates and Isotop SD1–SD8 vibration-isolating spring elements. The lower plate has 15 mm diameter mounting holes for securing to the base, while the upper plate has M12 internal threaded fasteners.
The Vibroflex-Spring SD-BL can be configured with 2, 4, 6, or 9 spring elements. The unit’s lifting capacity can be tailored to suit equipment of any weight, based on customer requirements. The maximum load for a single 9-element unit is 3,780 kg.
Scope of application
The resonant frequency of the Vibroflex-Spring SD-BL is 3.4 Hz (204 rpm). It can be used for vibration isolation of large vibration sources, such as ventilation, power generation, refrigeration, and other equipment.
