ACOUSTIC BATTS
ACOUSTIC BATTS are sound-absorbing stone wool panels that provide protection from external noise, fire safety, and acoustic comfort.
Use ACOUSTIK BATTS in any partitions in an apartment, office building, or hotel. ACOUSTIK BATTS are sound-absorbing boards made from natural stone wool. The material’s optimal density (42 kg/m³), random fiber arrangement, and uniform board structure, a result of a unique production technology, ensure excellent sound absorption properties and no shrinkage throughout the entire service life.
The product’s use in structures ensures compliance with Russian building codes, as well as fire safety and environmental comfort.
ACOUSTIC BATTS boards provide airborne noise reduction from 43 dB to 62 dB*.

STANDARD SIZES
| Thickness, mm | 50 | 100 |
| Width, mm | 600 | 600 |
| Length, mm | 1000 | 1000 |
| Number of slabs in a package | 10 | 5 |
| Quantity of m2 in a package | 6.0 | 3.0 |
| Quantity m3 in a package | 0,3 | 0,3 |
Modern frame-and-sheathing partitions, despite their small thickness, have high soundproofing properties, while their weight is 5-10 times less than that of the above-mentioned structures.
Wooden beams or metal slats are used as a frame. To improve sound insulation and thermal protection, the space between the studs is filled with ROCKWOOL ACOUSTIC BATTS boards. Drywall, plywood, and other materials are used for the sheathing.
Rockwool Acoustic Batts slabs are easy to work with: they can be carried and lifted to the desired height manually, they are easily cut with a knife or hacksaw, they can be shaped to the required dimensions, contours, and shapes, and they can be installed flush against building structures and against each other without creating gaps.
Soundproofing the ceiling:
- Floor slab;
- Direct suspension with ROCKWOOL sealing tape;
- Bearing profile;
- ROCKWOOL sealing tape
- Soundproofing ROCKWOOL (Acoustic BATTS boards);
- Facing panel.

Frame partition:
- Interior lining;
- ROCKWOOL sealing tape
- Guide profile (horizontal – PN);
- Rack profile (vertical – PS);
- Soundproofing ROCKWOOL (Acoustic BATTS boards);
- Interior lining.
